Little Mexican Katie over here with the dark hair and big glasses sure got the biggest Barista attitude I've ever experienced in my whole life coming to Starbucks all across California. If you're not happy with your little Barista job go find another one and stop taking it out on the customers. 😤 Not to mention this place was completely dead inside and in drive and it took me 15 minutes just to get 2 small items w 3 girls working together. Smh.
Horrible customer service. We clearly ordered our drinks and they took 15 minutes to figure it out while still giving us incorrect drinks. The blonde girl had such a tone even though she was messing up on her end. I think it was hard for her to accept that she was wrong. Don’t hire narcissists. This is not the location to go to, I recommend the location on garnet as it is close by and i always feel welcomed.
I recently moved near the area and this has been my go-to starbucks. I love how personable the baritsas are. I am very picky when it comes to my coffee and there was one time where I honestly was very unhappy. But the supervisor approached me without me saying anything. He mentioned he saw me take a sip of my coffee and ask if everything was fine. I think his name was Marc. And without hesitation he asked to remake it.
