I ordered my coffee through the Starbucks mobile app at 1641 Grand Ave, San Diego, CA 92109, as I always do. I urgently needed to use the restroom and politely asked a female employee for the code. She flat-out refused and told me to “order first” — even after I showed her my confirmed mobile order. This is outrageous, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. For a massive brand like Starbucks, this kind of behavior is disgraceful and unacceptable. I am deleting the app, and I will never set foot in this location again.... read more
Okay. I just wrote a review the other day that was a great one. Today. It is a bad one. I walk in and sit down haven't even been there 5 minutes. One of the baristas comes over and says "Excuse me.. Have you purchased anything?" I was "No." So he responded with "Well. You need to purchase something in order to sit here and use the wifi" I said " When did that go in affect because I was just in here and wasn't told anything" Where he responded and kind of rudely " It's a fairly new policy. Most of the staff is not friendly. I wonder if its the leadership? Never seen a Starbucks like this. Bathroom was gross.
Was having a bad start to my day. Then I came to this Starbucks to buy a water so I can charge my phone and use the bathroom. The cashier didn't charge me for the water then totally made my day by offering me a coffee that was an extra. Thank you so much for being awesome
Good food and drink, staff may be from another planet, can anyone say Corporate Trained type.
