The manager at this location charged me an extra $1 for matcha powder basically because I asked to have no milk in my hot matcha. I was charged extra, which has never happened before at any other Starbucks locations. It’s very strange and unfair. Even the night before at this very same location, they charged me the regular price and not extra—like they always do. I order their protein coffee (hot) regularly and while other Starbucks have made the mistake of making it cold, this place gets it right every time. Thank you!
Great location. This is my favorite location in Pacific Beach.
asked for something decaf. decaf is decaffeinated to about 10% of normal coffee. was sold a “decaf americano” was given a regular americano. not decaf. asked to confirm if it was decaf. they said “yeah”. i ordered a large. they gave me a small. just because you’re closing in an hour and you want to go home early doesn’t mean you should serve with spite. it’s a business.
