Most of the staff is not friendly. I wonder if its the leadership? Never seen a Starbucks like this. Bathroom was gross.
Was having a bad start to my day. Then I came to this Starbucks to buy a water so I can charge my phone and use the bathroom. The cashier didn't charge me for the water then totally made my day by offering me a coffee that was an extra. Thank you so much for being awesome
Good food and drink, staff may be from another planet, can anyone say Corporate Trained type.
The store sold me a different drink instead of a chai latter which I ordered for mobile pickup. I drove back and identified it was a wrong drink. I came back to the store and when asked the service guy, he was so rude and redirected me to another guy. Then they made me the right drink, but refused to own the mistake. Just a waste of my time and unwanted argument… poor Starbucks experience….
