Do not go by their hours. They definitely close an hour or two before the posted times. Very frustrating.
$10 for grande is crazy. The barista was apologetic at least when I realized how it was so expensive that I had ro reload my card in the middle of the transaction.
I waited in line for 10 min just for them to tell me will don’t accept cash. They can at least put a sign up !!!
Incredible rip off and very unprofessional. On the first day, we went there 45 minutes before the posted closing time and they were fully locked up. Asked the hotel front desk and apparently this happens often. Next day, we went when they were open. There were 4 staff behind the counter and still had to wait 10 minutes when there were only two people in front of us. They were not helping other customers until the full order of whomever they were helping was fulfilled. That’s why the line is so long, not because it’s popular.... read more
