Your manager at this Ashland street location is a gem. So personable and friendly. Sorry, I didn't ask her name. She has lots of pins on her apron. She is such an asset to your company. The store is very clean. Coffee tasted great. Easy access location. Has a drive thru.
Perfect drink. Quick and engaging staff. The lady whose name starts with a P working on 02/01/25 is especially nice.

He, she or it (whatever that individual prefers to be identified as, at 7:20 this sat morning) needs to learn how to appreciate a tip, as well as customer service. Pulling up threw drive threw the individual couldn't even say good morning. Running my card I give a dollar bill & didn't even say thank you, just quickly went back to their conversation with coworkers.
