Literally so amazing. I have been to so many starbucks in the past, but this one is like no other. They are super quick, service is amazing, friendly staff, and quality of drinks and food is great!!!
Extremely slow and lazy staff. There’s no reason why I should be waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order when the store is empty. I stood and watched 2 baristas walking around doing everything but actually making drinks.
Rosalyn the new store manager just yelled and perused to intimidate someone in the parking lot that accidentally parked in the Starbucks employee parking. And told the booting people they’re not allowed to remove it even though it was her first day as a nurse in a clinic in the same plaza. The booting people that work for Starbucks kept apologizing to us because of HER BEHAVIOR.and would’ve removed it if they could. She should be ashamed of herself for treating people the way she does.
