The people who work here don't follow instructions. I told her not enough ice because they always give me a lot of ice and not enough coffee. She got upset. I took the coffee without any importance and in fact, she practically only gave me ice. Terrible service
A few coworkers and I visited the store this morning, and we were greeted with disrespect and rudeness from the cashier Roselyn. We were informed we couldn't use the facilities without making a purchase, which was fine, but as my coworker tried to show her that she had already made her purchase through the app. Roselyn flat out, ignored her, and was very rude. My coworkers and I visited this location this morning and we were very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered my coffee through the online app. I asked for the code for the restroom and the cashier Roselyn refused to give it to me because she said I had to make a purchase first. Roselyn (that may not be how her name is spelled) was extremely rude to me and a group of my coworkers. We came in to grab a few drinks and some of us had use the restroom. We were informed that we had to make a purchase beforehand, cool. Some of us had made purchases through the app and ROSELYN wouldn't even look at our phones to show her.
