Went to pay in the drive through line just to find out my drink was canceled , nice, well time for jamba juice I guess
At 8:15am I ordered a London fog but with the milk separated from the tea. I was told 3 times they can't do that. Which is absolutely hilarious and I highly doubt the rules had changed from yesterday. This particular starbucks needs new employees preferably less incompetence.
I am furious, when we go we get 2 ham and Swiss croissants and our drinks. We had to start asking for the ham and Swiss to be extra toasted due to it is always still very cold in the inside and yesterday they finally got it right. Today they were both very bunt. Obviously I need to find somewhere else to go. It is perfect place to go since I work down the street and my grand daughters school as well. Very upset about throwing money away for either frozen or burnt items.
