Can't get ice here?!? LAME
When I asked for a chai latte with no ice the worker said there would be a dollar upcharge. I have never been told this at any other Starbucks and when I looked up the policy that was only the case for Starbucks refreshers- not lattes. The extra milk does not cost a dollar. A gallon of milk cost $3.68 at Walmart. A dollars worth would buy me 17 extra oz of milk, virtually an additional grande latte worth of milk (mind you I got the small size). I left the store. I don’t always have a bad experience when I go here but when this light skin heavier set lady with red lipstick there it’s always a bad experience. Today 3-4 I order a vanilla sweet cream cold extra sweet cream, Carmel drizzle and cold foam on top. The cashier rung it up wrong, and tell the lady it’s just missing extra sweet cream, instead of confirming with the cashier, she is combative “that’s not what it say on the cup, and it’s a dollar extra” we notice she real nice to men and smiling in their face. The talk black woman with red lipstick and glasses has to be the most genuinely rudest individuals. I went to the front register to inquire if I purchased a drinks could I get a cup of ice on the side. The cashier kohema says no, I made sure to clarify really even if I’m buying multiple beverages?
