They need to take Starbucks out of this Kroger. The employees doesn't represent the kind & courtesy for real Starbucks employees. My understanding they are not Starbucks employees but Kroger employees. They have such nasty attitudes. Close it down & open a Starbucks on the beltline. It will be much better
The service is horrible, the absolute worst I've experienced in my days. Not only was the service terrible my drink and sandwiches were awful. Update: After having not been back to this location I'm 3 years the service is still bad. I told the cashier I don't want too much ice just a little because they always fill the cup completely up with ice her response was it's going to be a up charge for lite ice. The cashiers/baristas are incredibly rude. Showed up at 7:00pm, Google states that they close at 8:00pm but they flat out screamed "We're closed!" all the chairs were up. With this customer service and attitude they shouldn't be baristas.
