I had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks location this morning. I ordered my drink through the app expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was long, so I went inside thinking it would be faster, but it wasn’t. While waiting, I noticed someone may have taken my drink. I love this place, but today a girl named Stephanie made the drinks really dirty. She put the lid on and spilled it all over her shirt, dented the lid, wiped it on her shirt, and then continued making drinks without washing her hands. She did that right in front of me. The ice cream was melted and very runny, like it had been sitting around for a long time. The matcha was full of sediment and tasted like plain water. I had to add 10 packets of sugar.
