Faith. The first time I met Faith was when I was not in a good headspace. I came off a Lil abrupt. She said: I know how frustrating that must be, in a calm voice. She is smart beyond her years. That is Veteran Customer Service. She has served me since & i make sure that im aware of my mood. She always smiles & genuinely cares about making sure I have a great experience & day. Stopped in for an iced coffee this morning and was helped by two fantastic baristas, Jax and Faith. On top of being friendly and efficient, they shared that refills of tea, hot coffee, and iced coffee are free! (Same day, same store.)
