I want to be as fair as possible with this review. The older lady working the counter was very sweet and friendly, and I appreciated her attitude. That said, the service from the two younger employees was extremely slow. One of the gentlemen seemed brand new, so if today was his training day, I completely understand that there is going to be a learning curve. I ordered a cappuccino, but it tasted like hot milk with coffee instead of a real cappuccino. There was almost no foam. I don’t order coffee here very often, but every time I do, something is wrong with it.

What an utter disaster this hot pumpkin spice late! No real flavor of pumpkin and it's super sweet. I never add sugar to my cafe, only milk, so if i didn't ask for sugar they should not overload my cafe with sugar. I remembered once drinking a good pumpkin spice late at Starbucks and I was looking forward to it. Well, it went in the garbage.
