I don’t understand why you order online you don’t even tell anybody what you’re ordering and they messed up your order because they can’t put the cold foam on top or they forget the caramel drizzle around the cup cup. Sometimes you have to think do they even put all the shots to order and pay for into your drink. Beware my Starbucks buddies if they can change you they will.
I have been coming to the Starbucks almost daily for the past six years. I had the worst experience today, I always ordered my same drink, iced brown sugar, shaken espresso, Venti, and today they gave me a cup that was so full of ice that I couldn’t even fit the straw in it. I asked them to remake and they did the same thing. As if it was a joke. I will definitely never give a dime to them again.
the place is clean and the sandwiches are nice bur unfortunately they rejected my request for getting a couple of hot water because if safety. They offered tea instead Is really tea more safe than hot water?????
