On three separate occasions at the store I have had the displeasure of encountering the store manager. On each occasion she lied to me first occasion she told me that it was company policy to throw away any drink made incorrectly. I googled it and that actually is not company policy it is up to the barista or the manager. I asked her if I could 0 keep it because there was a homeless person down the street and obviously they're hungry and thirsty and instead of throwing it in the garbage it could be consumed by somebody who n... read more

Latino guy with piercings that was working today at around 1:00pm was very rude. Definitely needs customer service training. But love the young lady that works there she is very sweet couldn’t catch her name.
