I’ve had ongoing issues with this Starbucks location when ordering through the app. Almost every time I order a food item, it turns out to be unavailable but there’s no way for me to know that in advance which means I end up waiting for something that’s not coming, only to then wait in line just to get a refund or change my order. It makes the convenience of using the app feel pointless. Nice location / great service
We don’t know how our drink order was because after waiting 30 minutes, we gave up and left. There were 20+ items waiting in front of us…
