They asked for my name, told them Magic and I just got a smiley face on the cup instead of my name. Rude. At least the frap was good. Next time I’ll go to the one in king Soopers like I should have since I was about to grocery shop anyways.
Best Starbucks anywhere!!!! Every single time I walk through the door, they greet me by name and make me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I gracefully managed to spill my entire iced latte all over my car, and without hesitation the barista immediately made me a new one with a smile. When I visited this store, my expectations were blown out of the water. Why you might ask? One simple answer: Jacob. I was given the most exceptional service by this young lad and all of my needs felt taken care of to the upmost extent. I'm excited to return to this location and hopefully Jacob will be there to meet my needs once more. Keep this guy around Starbucks!
