I started writing a review and my phone died. The girl at the drive through window was so insanely rude, i think her name was kacy or something. i went to place an order at the drive through i went up to the window and had her scan my stars. i asked her if i could redeem my 400 stars for a cup and she told me i could come inside to do that. i said never mind she kept pretending to not hear me even though i had someone in the car litterally repeating what i was saying. then she asked me if i wanted to use my stars and i said ... read more
Paid for a venti Iced coffee, it was full of ice only 2 sips of the actual drink. Went to the manager and the second time he handed me iced coffee full of oatmilk and a small amount of expresso, I discarded it! It's was gross. It was like he messed it up on purpose because I came to him about the first drink. Very disappointed in this locations management, they took my money for terrible product. It's not right.
The iced coffee was watery and flavorless and it made me sad 😕
