This Starbucks at the airport was just below average. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up, which led to multiple order mistakes. It seemed like they were short-staffed or under a lot of pressure, and while they were trying their best, the experience felt chaotic. The coffee was fine once we finally got the correct order, but the long wait and confusion made it frustrating. Hopefully, management can provide more support to the team to improve efficiency.

I usually don’t like to buy anything from Starbucks because it’s way overpriced but 2 weeks ago decided to pick up something for breakfast since I was flying from Dulles Airport. I ordered I think it’s called spinach egg wrap or something I don’t remember what was the name but boy as soon as I ate that then 40 minutes later on the airplane I got sick. My whole trip got ruined because I was sick. The line is so long then once you get to order they will rush you and you will get shitty service and food. That was my last purcha... read more

The staff was weak minded, but maybe it was because it was an upscale neighborhood, and I looked out of place.
