Im from the Bay Area, come here a few time. They don't even acknowledge when you say thank you. Not so hard to say welcome. Specially customer service.
We ordered a tall and a grande iced matcha. My grande was 90% ice and my fiancé’s was similar. What a ripoff. Go to one of the many other Starbucks in the area instead.
Overrated.overpriced. I only came because my usual place is out of town
I order 2 venti drinks with no ice. When I got to the window I found that the drink was 2 inches down from the top. I asked why the cups are not full and was told because I ordered no ice. Don’t start with that, I’ve order extra ice many times and never once have they given me an overflow cup when the extra ice is added. I will take my daily $20 down the street to the store on Linda Vista Road.
