The guy working the front window is very flirtatious. His name was Derik. I did not like the small advances he made towards my wife. Saying little things like love and bay. Very inappropriate behavior.

I made an order on the app for in-store pickup at 7:06 pm, upon arriving at the store 7:15, the doors were locked. The two girls inside just stared and went about their business. I ended up going through the drive through and let them know that I had an in-store pickup but the door was closed and she said “yeah but drive thru is open”. If in-store pickup is not available at the time I order it, it should not be an option or they should stay open until the designated closing time.

I visited this Starbucks for a business meeting and was happy to see how many workers were there to help us. Our drinks were great. The atmosphere in the seating area was a little bit grim. I usually see comfortable chairs for lounging in. Unfortunately, there was only hard chairs and hard tables. It did not take away from my business meeting, but it was noted. It will not deter me from going back again.
