I'm virtually never disappointed with the product. I will say that there are times certain staff members are terribly rude. It's very rare but it is something that needs to be addressed with Starbucks corporate. If these people can't be cheerful and smiling and friendly than they should not be working in a customer service oriented facility.

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your store’s Starbucks counter, where I encountered some issues with the service and attitude of the barista.
