How do you forget about a customer stand right in front of the register. I was told to wait a second and after standing in front of them for 5 minutes and the girl behind the register watching tiktok another customer walks up and they give them service right away. Smh you thought I was just standing there for fun?
Zero customers in line ahead of me not even an acknowledgement of my presence. Just wanted a coffee after shopping. Waited 7 minutes watched two workers leave to go outside one person was making coffees for people who already ordered. A simple "just a moment I'll be right with you", but no nothing. Second time this has happened this month.
I was just needing an afternoon coffee pick me up the barista, Breanna was great. Super upbeat, on top of making our drinks. I wish I could have tipped (sadly target doesn't allow tips). But great service.
I'm virtually never disappointed with the product. I will say that there are times certain staff members are terribly rude. It's very rare but it is something that needs to be addressed with Starbucks corporate. If these people can't be cheerful and smiling and friendly than they should not be working in a customer service oriented facility.
Worst ever. You want attitude? you got it. Rudeness? You got it. Attention to my order nope! upset stomach? I got it. Almond milk...not whole milk! Thanks tude 1 and 2!
