Just stopped by this location first, they are very professional, I had a great experience!
I have been going to this Starbucks for years and have watched the severe decline in the quality of the staff and service. I agree with the review before mine. The mulatto man's name is Josh. He has been there long enough to learn the drinks, but cannot make any of them correctly or well. His drinks taste like a cup of hate. A young Mulatto male gave me the WORST cup of coffee I have ever had!!.. I routinely avoid getting coffee here, because the servers are always mean spirited, arrogant and prejudiced. They think that anyone that is poorly dressed is homeless or a vagrant. I am NOT a variant I am employed!.. and even if a homeless person wanted to buy coffee they should be treated with the respect due to any customer.
