Spent $30 plus tip ate in side and they wouldn't let us use restroom. Poor customer service
I think it's absurd that you allow custom drinks and don't pay attention to the order! And do everything wrong! It's very serious when you get things wrong like the type of milk or caffeine percentage because this can cause serious problems. The products are not healthy, there is almost nothing organic in the store and they even produce the wrong drink!
I've been a gold card carrying Starbucks Patron for 20-plus years and I've never written a review. This is the worst service I've ever had at a starbucks. Staff was rude, my drink was wrong and had to be remade. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and they made me a cookie crumble frappuccino. This Starbucks needs to be trained better and need to learn respect. Today around 8:20am the cashier at this location was extremely rude to my girlfriend for no reason she had so much aggression in her voice and was talking down to my girlfriend due to her politely asking where to pick up the order. She needs to grow up or get a job not working customer service. I will be reporting her to corporate.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over two years, spending around $1,000 so far and was planning to spend at least another $1,000 in the coming years. That’s more than $2,000 in lifetime value that this store just lost in seconds due to the poor behavior of one barista.
