Garbage coffee and garbage staff. A year ago I left a review detailing seeing an employee coughing in their hands and touching cups. Today I saw they changed over their coffee pots from a large brew to single serve 'bean to cup' machines. I had low expectations for their blonde roast but holy cow was I thoroughly let down. Ever since Brash Coffee up the road closed a few years ago, there is nowhere in midtown to get a plain cup of coffee that isn't butthole water. Stale, weak, one dimensional crap. Omg awful service here and long wait times in the morning! It’s next to a hotel that hosts many work conferences so expect lots of younger people. You can do a mobile order too.
Loved it.
Yeah, this Starbucks has great ambiance and the outside seating put us in a great spot to enjoy the midtown vibe.
