They really need to put people on the drive-thru that are friendly and can read and confirm people's orders. The drink didn't taste anywhere near it should have been and they need to put someone new on the window who actually wants to do their job correctly
Ordered flat white. tasted like a latte, very weak. Pointed out the problem, was told its pretty much the same. no bite to the coffee or flavour. Didnt come for a hot milk. Didnt drink it. Wont again.
Terrible subpar service seems more drive-through oriented definitely not visiting this Starbucks in the near future or probably ever again. Asked for a full refund and wasted my time going to get something elsewhere. Also LAUREN shouldn’t be working in customer service if she’s gonna take her frustrations out on the customer from her incompetent staff.
Nice location with friendly, professional folks. Only negative is no restrooms for customers. But, I get it with the homeless population.
Not one to write reviews, but this place deserves it. Work across the street at a concert venue, have spent a significant amount of money here over the years on assorted beverages and breakfast. Yesterday I was in the area running errands, stopped in to get my hydro flask filled with ice. Was told that water and ice can’t be given out without making a purchase. Absolute garbage.
