I ordered a drink 30 times at other Starbucks and it does not have coffee and this time they made it with coffee but I didn't notice until it was to late to go back and have them fix it
I walked in and asked to use a restroom, he proceeds to ask me if I had an order I said no. He said for customers only I said ok may I get the cheapest thing. He said a cake pop. What’s the issue with displaying the correct business hours? Online it shows they open at 4:00 AM, but when I arrived at 4:45 AM, the store was still closed.
I get the same drink everyday, sometimes 2x a day, and this location consistently finds a way to ruin my drink. For reference the first picture is what my drink should look like and the second picture is what mine looks like. I ask to add classic sweetener and it doesn’t taste like there’s any added, or the peach. Tastes like water with a splash of tea. So irritated with the inconsistency at this location. My wife can not have coffee at evening, just ask a cup of water, can't believe the staff refused her, very rude.
