Great location, and the Starbucks itself is quite nice and comfortable inside. However, I ordered an Espresso Con Panna, and what I received was made incorrectly. When I pointed it out, the staff initially argued with me that it was correct. They eventually remade it, which I appreciated. I also noticed that nobody on the staff seemed to smile — everyone looked quite unhappy. I hope the employees aren’t under too much pressure. A friendlier and more relaxed atmosphere would make this location much better.
The staff at this location provide excellent customer service 100%of the time.
So sweet! My Frapp was made weird at a different location (didn’t realize because my husband picked it up for me and then we had to run to an appointment) and they remade it for me here! Made my day! Truly, mocha frapps are how I get motivated on my really bad depressive days and they are a huge comfort food. When they are made wrong it really makes me worse emotionally and mentally.
