I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but the customer service, tone of the staff and quality of the drinks has significantly gone down. Today I ordered a grande matcha and was given a hot cup of foam. When I asked them to remake it, I got a cup of milk and matcha…nothing else— no classic syrup, just plain simple bitterness —and it wasn’t even hot. I’m a Starbucks customer and I was in other store couple hours ago and I haven’t even finished my coffee. I needed to use the restroom and I stopped at this store but they didn’t let me use the restroom because I didn’t purchase anything here. I think this rude and unprofessional.never stop at this place again.
Literally had to call the police because the manager didn’t believe that I placed an order and wanted to kick me out for a second time. What is wrong with Starbucks? And who are you hiring? Her name is Cynthia she’s god awful. I’ve been buying coffee from you for 25 years and at this location.
Coffee still good compared to other Starbucks these days, but the drinks aren’t filled to the top anymore? Shaken espresso not shaken.
