Update 2: I asked them to remake my drink, as advised, and it's still wrong. I don't understand. It's SUPPOSED to be red, according to the picture on the app. Yet here I am with two pastel pink drinks?? Even after I'd asked them to remake it correctly?? I come to this Starbucks regularly, and this was by far one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had here. When I first walked in, I approached the employee in the photo and said, "Hello, is there any way I can order a cup of ice water?" He completely ignored me, even though I was standing directly in front of him. I repeated myself, and he finally looked up but didn't greet me or say anything. I am not a coffee fan by any means so I often get overwhelmed by the offers, language and overall coffee-ordering culture lol. I came to get coffee out of NEED this am but I had no clue what I wanted to order.
