Order a breakfast sandwich bacon sausage eggs wrap and spent my entire day in the restroom, never again.
Asian barista was rude & loud. Watched her kick out a customer after she asked for a refund. Was hard to watch. The lady calmly asked for a refund. The barista had an ego and used her power for bad. Very sad to watch, I told the lady I would make a review too.
Rude customer service. Threw my drink away then I asked to remake it. barista told me not to come back after asking for a refund. Even though they through my drink away? Staff are rude, short, look over worked. Raised her voice, made a scene, kept repeating her self so loudly other guests started to look: very odd person, was nervous, short tempered. Watched noon I think her name, yell at my friend then kick her out bc she asked for a refund.
I don't want to be the girl who complains and gets their drink remade, I want to be the girl who takes a sip of her drink and it doesn't taste like Strawberry LaCroix. Whyyy do I have to complain to get my drink made correctly? Why is my strawberry acai pastel pink??? It's so depressingly pale and tastes like water someone waved a strawberry near. So disappointed in my afternoon pick-me-up!!! Why can't we just get it right the first time? Are we taking the ingredients out of the barista's paychecks??
