I frequent this store. I waited 10 minutes during a very slow time. 2 of the employees were standing up front talking while 2 other employees were working around them. They were laughing and joking and talking about personal details while one other employee was completing the orders and another was stocking. This type behavior should not be tolerated. When I do a order from here for the office they can NEVER get it right. Extra ice, forget it. Toppings for your oatmeal? apparently even when you customize your order that doesn't exist to them. I'm tired of giving them our money and chance after chance.
I can't wait for my $9 coffee 😁
