I’ve visited this Starbucks location twice and had the same issue both times. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and specifically asked for a non-dairy option (coconut-based). What I received was just cold brew with a splash of coconut milk—no vanilla syrup, completely different from what was ordered. There was also a clear communication problem. I ordered 8 iced coffees today 5/8/26 for Teacher Appreciation Week, but the drinks were accidentally prepared hot instead of iced. I also felt like the barista got a little rattled when she heard it was a large order. Since the drinks were already made, I had no choice but to take them because I didn’t want them to go to waste. I was frustrated and I hope orders can be handled more carefully and calmly next time, especially for bigger orders. This is in starbucks inside Target Mira Mesa.
Why is there only 1 person working while so many people have to wait at rush hour
This is one of the Starbucks that I love to order my Frappuccino💖
You’ll get a lot of foam and not a lot of coffee. Total ripoff
