I usually like starbucks, but ordering a $10 drink to receive 1/3 of the cup only filled is just outrageous. Do better SB.
This coffee company continues to fail even after several new CEO’s . They cannot execute, constantly fail. So done with their “I’ll be right with you” culture. Poor customer experience. Wait wait wait as cashier expects barista to get your simple coffee order and barista is too high up on the pecking order to do it. Forget your pastry order because you didn’t want it warmed up. How are you still in business?
Staff was super friendly, and the service was great, definitely recommend!
Me and my friend came to get hot chocolates and study and they had wonderful service!! Staff was incredibly friendly, definitely recommend!!
