The barista Jessica needs more training for customer's service. Didn't even informed me that she will charge me for $2 for additional scoops of macha. I bought a venti hot macha almost everyday. It is my first time to be charged $2. That was very expensive for a 2 scoops. She even doesn't call names if cups are ready 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
The place has been remodeled! It’s inside Vons. Very nice remodeling, it looks neat, clean, and futuristic. The girl working there. I think it was Jessica.. was very courteous. She took my order with a great smile and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. Great improvement from before!
Literally asked for a cake pop and they didn't ring it in. Like come on, isn't ringing in people's order correctly like the bare minimum? Stop hiring idiots and find someone who can actually do their job. Cons: bad service, slow service, wrong order Pro: I left and went to better buzz
