filipino girl working sunday at 3:30pm had the rudest attitude i’ve ever experienced at starbucks. i actually don’t expect any niceties like hello or welcome to starbucks bc i know you’re probably tired but i also don’t want to deal with your rudeness just to get a simple coffee. putting in my order and dealing with eye rolls and overall impatience is not necessary just for an iced latte.
Rudest employee would not allow me to use bathroom even though I was a customer purchasing my lunch. Told me to go elsewhere
Nothing wrong with the drinks here, but the customer service is absolutely terrible! I came in for a pick up order and had to be redirected to three different baristas in order to be helped. Mind you, I could very clearly see my order with the name on it right there sitting behind the counter. All they needed to do was hand it to me. One barista even told me she would grab it for me, then proceeded to go to the register and take not one, not two, but three different customers orders before I could be helped again. I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Westview Park. The wait time was extremely long, even though the store was not very busy. On top of that, one of the staff members, Chelse, was unprofessional and rude during the interaction. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and far below the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks. I hope management addresses the service issues here so customers can have a better experience in the future
