After 9:50, they no longer let us in. On two occasions, I asked for my drinks without ice, and they filled the glass with ice. Out of the five times I’ve gone, three times the staff served in a bad mood. Also they take their time. My bf goes there often and they take too long even when it isnt very busy. Wish the best for them but this starbucks is the worst ive been to.
The cashier and barista were very nice and efficient. The place was busy inside and outside, but there was plenty of seating. If you're looking for a drive-through you'll be looking for a really long time, because there isn't one.
filipino girl working sunday at 3:30pm had the rudest attitude i’ve ever experienced at starbucks. i actually don’t expect any niceties like hello or welcome to starbucks bc i know you’re probably tired but i also don’t want to deal with your rudeness just to get a simple coffee. putting in my order and dealing with eye rolls and overall impatience is not necessary just for an iced latte.
Rudest employee would not allow me to use bathroom even though I was a customer purchasing my lunch. Told me to go elsewhere
