Ordered a venti latte and it was only filled about 2 thirds of the way. Dont give me a grande and charge me for a venti

I don’t know how this place is still open. The worst Starbucks. Drive thru open when ever they want. Constantly out of teas and the worst attitude from employees. UPDATE. I was lazy and decided to go here instead of the one on grand. Threw my drink away. Corporate really needs to shut this place down. ONG
Friendly employees, very knowledgeable. Drinks were made exactly as asked. Drive through was fast.
