By far one of my worst experiences at this location. I went into drive through around 11:45/12 Which was the worst experience ever. I should have just went inside . She had me repeat my order multiple times , kept putting me on hold. Gabby appeared disengaged and communication was difficult throughout this interaction. She kept stepping away to just stand there. I ordered using the app—just to hop out and pick it up—but it wasn't ready yet; they were super slow. And don't even get me started on the outdoor tables: they were occupied entirely by men who weren't even buying anything from Starbucks. I mean, a paying customer like me couldn't even find a place to sit because of those people.
Fast service good coffee
I was here yesterday and Evan did a great job trying to de-escalate the belligerent man onsite. He was calm, professional, and effective, and definitely does not make enough money to be dealing with crises like this. Hoping these great baristas will get recognition and adequate compensation for all that they do.
