Jasmine is very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to people, her customer service is very bad, she made my experience horrible.
The worst customer service ever. I gave them multiple attempts, I work in customer service, I know it can be complicated sometimes but come on! with a client who comes several times and it's nice for you to be rude, and I know it's like that with all clients. I know it's their vibe, since they are always angry and have a bad attitude but it's a customer service job! Hire people who can handle it.
