The team that worked on 10/10 around 12 pm does not follow any sanitary protocols. The lady who was making my coffee took a spoon that she took from the sink, without washing or rinsing. At the same time another woman wash washing the dishes, meaning the sink was dirty. When I asked her if she wash it, she said that she was going to… but it wasAFTER she prepared the beverages. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with sugar. Not sure the staff has been thoroughly trained on drinks. It costed nearly $7.
Not open at 7 am as advertised, nobody there. Sometimes on Sunday a person is there but machine not ready! They should be open and ready as advertised everyday!
