Had a frustrating experience here. I ordered a Strawberry Frappuccino, and we ordered a Strawberry Matcha 5 minutes later. We got the first drink, but waited over 20 minutes for the second while others who ordered after us got theirs. A staff member named Stef rudely told us we had already gotten our order and questioned why we were still waiting. Only after showing the receipt did they finally prepare the second drink. Full functioning Starbucks.
Their coffee has went down in quality dramatically, avoid and support your local coffee shops. Can’t even get free water.
Not sure why they don’t give water. In order to get that you need to make a purchase, not sure if this is violating Starbucks policy.
