Located right at the front entrance of Target in Stonestown Gallery, this small Starbucks store is the antithesis of the company's Third Place concept, and feels more like a food court kiosk. As if this was not bad enough, my whole CX was made worse by an awful young barista who goes by the name of Hennessey. Not only was she rude and inattentive when taking my order, she also gave me the wrong change. I got the dragon drink and am allergic to coconut. I got the soymilk as a replacement but they still used coconut milk. I even confirmed with the barista that they used soymilk
