After receiving my paid order at the hand-off area, I then asked for a cup of ice water. Instead of simply fulfilling the request or kindly accommodating it, the barista took the opportunity to rudely 'correct' me, instructing me that next time I must order water at the register. Well, well, well, My first visit to this Starbucks was unfortunately a letdown. The environment felt neglected, with unclean counters and a messy merchandise display. This impression was reinforced by the service, which was impersonal from start to finish. Have to change the staff working there. Waited on the Starbucks counter to order coffee. Dude behind didn’t say hi I waited 2 minutes he was chatting about some random things with other people 0 F given that there is customer waiting to order. Don’t waste your time
