Super rude, stuck up employees!!! They are literally overstaffed at this location and take forever to make a drink even when you pre-order on the app. Worst Starbucks in the area. I have no idea how this location stays in business. None of the 5 or 6 baristas greet you or notice they skipped over your drink..
Tried to use the restroom upon entering and they said I have to make my purchase FIRST! My son can’t hold it. I hope Better Buzz takes all your business
Today I didn’t just get a great drink, I also got a smile. The ‘Enjoy your weekend’ message on my cup was such a thoughtful touch and it truly made my day. Thank you for that kind of service 🤠☺️
