It is like a ZOO, those people not know what they doing, worst starbucks i have been, waited with regular black coffee 25 minutes and they even gave me the wrong size🤣🤣🤣
Always friendly and efficient
Elouise and Saul were awesome! Those two really seem to love their job. My drink was perfect, and their smiles made it even better. I also appreciated how she took the time to ask how my day was going. I've visited other Starbucks locations, and the baristas there often look like they don’t enjoy their work, but not here. The crew at this store genuinely seems happy and enjoys what they do. This was definitely one of the highlights of my Vegas trip!
The cashier named Alicia seemed like she was either having a bad day or simply disliked her job. She had a lot of attitude during our interaction, and I wouldn’t recommend placing her in a customer-facing role. She needs to tone it down. On the other hand, May was an absolute sweetheart while preparing my drink—friendly and professional.
