2 drinks costing nearly $11 completely wrong, i nicely asked to remake. They got an attitude. You expect customer to pay money right? Then why dont you expect you need to make drink correct?
Awful acoustics paired with painfully loud music
I ordered caramel macchiato, It was way too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. I asked if they could change it, but they refused, which was disappointing. When I mentioned the drink was too sweet, the staff responded with “Ooo, you drink lots of it,” instead of offering to help. It felt rude and made the experience worse. I expected better from Starbucks.
