Ordered a dark roast drip with hot heavy cream and paid. The barista stood behind the counter with her hands all over the top of the lid of my coffee and when I asked for it she said the espresso machines “weren’t up yet” and she could give me cold heavy cream. She didn’t know this when I placed my order? Really? Please don’t put your hands all over the lid I’m about to drink my coffee from. Training and communication are seriously lacking here.
I just got my drink, this girl was in a bad mood not even told me when my drink was ready!!!

Today I had a very ugly disappointment in this place. An employee mistreated me, he bulin me, laughing at me, he nodded. That's called racism. I frequent that place a lot but the staff is very unpleasant
