Out of the three Starbucks in the area, this one is the worst (but unfortunately closest to me). Parking can be such a pain. Oftentimes my order is either completely wrong or just tastes weird, and takes longer than expected to make. On the bright side I am saving money-- because of all this I no longer go to Starbucks a few times a week, choosing to have my own coffee at home instead. I went in again this morning looking forward to a caffeinated treat and was disappointed with an incorrect order and longer wait yet again.
This starbucks sucks everytime I order to go it takes them an additional 10-15 min to make the drink from my original time. The last time I came I was 5 min late and still nothing. I had no problem with waiting my problem was the employees working were on their phones showing each other pictures, conversating and hadn't even started my drink. The staff is always friendly, my favorite barista is Ezrah, she’s super friendly and upbeat. My drinks always comes out on point when she makes them.
Kind people. Lovely outdoor spot. But the entitled blonde who thinks it’s ok to park her fancy BMW in the handicap needs to be told no, you can’t just park there to boo in for your coffee.
