The staff members who were working today, one training and one being trained, were SO KIND. They were so patient with one another and all of the customers. 10/10 great experience. Thank you!!
Some staff are helpful but there’s one staff in particular who is NOT helpful and sarcastic! You will know who she is when you see her - she has a very arrogant vibe! She even has the audacity to tell you that you don’t have to buy from them! For real?!? Reading through the reviews seems like I’m not the only one with experience with rude staff, management should do something about this!
Disappointed today...wtong drink...changed it out...but did not credit to get my reward drink point for the week drink!
