I recently had a great experience at this location. I’ve been coming to study for school lately and I ordered a tea like I had done the whole day with 3 honey packets this employee his name is Christian emptied the honey packets into my drink for me. I was very thankful and I was very satisfied with the service I received from Christian and the rest of the crew who helped me.
Whoever is working right now today in the window was extremely rude. I had five dollar change. She proceeded to hand it to me and I looked at her. I said that’s your tip. She rolls her eyes and said oh my bad then closes the window while I was speaking. Didn’t say thank you for a five dollar tip then proceeds to hand me four drinks with no carrier so I asked her for a carrier. She was continuing to be rude.
