I enjoy a Starbucks drink every now and then. This is by far the worst service Starbucks I’ve been to though. I would much rather wait in line going through the drive thru than get service here.
Oh Starbucks, A brand's reputation is built upon a promise of consistency. At this particular Starbucks, that promise is consistently broken. Our recent visit was defined by a complete collapse in professional competence. When a payment display failed, the employee’s ( Kristine ) who I never met and we always go there, only response was a helpless, “I don’t know what to do.” It fell to me, the customer, to direct the situation and insist she call for a supervisor.
