This rude worker told me I could not have a Trenta water in 110° weather I've never had an issue with ordering water when I sit in my car and my water bottle gets warm because I'm shopping and a grown adult tells me I can't have a certain amount of water and then she says that the manager said so is this a joke I've never had this issue before at the store and I've always had extremely kind people that work and every part of the store so PURNIKA. I’ve never felt so assaulted by a Starbucks worker, as I did the manager by the name of Maddie, I simply was explained to her that the cake pops we had were either stale or still frozen, and she came into attack Maddie is tall blonde with glasses I did not explain my story to her with aggression, but she came at me aggressive this is not how you operate a Starbucks and you are not supposed to be aggressive when someone is simply explaining to you a problem they had with an item from your store.. horrible management and sad t... read more

it’s a hit or miss with this place. heads up, if the blonde worker is there do NOT order, she never makes the drinks right and it always tastes bad. some employees don’t bother to learn the proper recipes
