I'd love to shoutout this kind, patient, beautiful worker, Olivia Dark-Morrel, who took the time to give me her best personal recommendations. At first, I was totally confused and lost with all of the delicious options before me. With her help and smile, I was guided to venture outside my comfort zone and order a venti iced double berry matcha. Kudos to Liv- she definitely deserves a big raise for her amazing help!!!!!
The service here is wild in the fact that they're dragging themselves to take orders and then complete the orders. No motivation whatsoever. Took them over 30 minutes for 3 drinks 2 workers while 2 other works were literally doing nothing on the side. You either need to clean house or do something with this staff.
