I had a frustrating experience with my order. When I received my coffee, it wasn’t made the way I ordered it. I asked the barista about it, and she told me that I hadn’t mentioned wanting cold foam. The drink is clearly stated cold brew with coconut cold foam. When I receive my drink, it didn’t have the cold phone. I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location SDSU ! When I placed my order, I asked about using my Starbucks Rewards. Instead of a polite explanation, I was told in a very dismissive manner, We don’t do points here because it’s part of the school. The delivery felt abrupt and unwelcoming, not the level of customer service I usually expect from Starbucks.
