Horrible crew. Walked in, no one asked if I was helped or could If they could take my order. I was about to walk out and go across to Panera when somebody finally noticed that I was waiting there. So I put in my order, grande Americano with ROOM for cream and a banana pecan loaf warmed. My my coffee came first, girl behind counter didn't even call out name, had an attitude when I asked.
