20 minutes to do 2 matcha drinks. Very dirty shop and very confused two ladies working.
Things have clearly changed since these previous negative reviews. I've been a Starbucks customer for over 20 years, and have been coming here every day for the past 8 months to get my morning coffee before I head to work. The morning baristas, Mila and Alex, are super nice, and perfected the way I like my coffee almost immediately. Two of the best baristas I've ever interacted with.
Slow service. After I paid for my order the cashier just turned around to do what he does, but never offered me the receipt. I waited a while to see if he was coming back to ask if I wanted my receipt, but he didn't. So I had to take it myself off the cash register, I don't think he even noticed. Atmosphere is bad due to the fact that the barista WOULD NOT STOP talking to his two friends who are standing at the collection end of the counter. Not talking about anything related to their orders.
