Extremely bad service and behaviour. Clara and barbra both of them acted like we didn’t exists in the register. We waited for 10 minutes they didn’t say any word. I am not someone going around and giving reviews like this but they are so mean. It’s not the first time they did it. Even after having all the reviews seems like they didn’t change at all. Please work better!
Very bad experience. There were 2 servers. One kept making drinks and other kept cleaning and did not acknowledge us. We waited for over 10 mins and they did not even take our order. When asked to take the order they were like give us time. It takes 2 mins to take 2 order. There was lack of interest and it seemed like they don’t care. Terrible customer service. Rude and takes forever. I won’t go to this Starbucks again
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there were no customers in line. The employees were busy organizing cups and other items but did not bother to respond or take my order. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I do not expect this level of service from Starbucks.
Female employee never acknowledged me standing at the counter waiting to order, …and continued to ignore me as she cleaned up. I ended up walking away. Never going to another Starbucks at Harris Teeter !
