I’m very disappointed in the workers here they got my order wrong and then I asked them about it and they didn’t seem to care at all and made me pay to fix it and after I payed again they didn’t acc fix it they js added more ice and poured it in a different cup. I do not recommend comming here none of the workers are kind or have any respect. I also don’t recommend ording from kate
Very disappointing experience. waited 25 minutes with no one at the counter and staff were rude when approached.
Extremely bad service and behaviour. Clara and barbra both of them acted like we didn’t exists in the register. We waited for 10 minutes they didn’t say any word. I am not someone going around and giving reviews like this but they are so mean. It’s not the first time they did it. Even after having all the reviews seems like they didn’t change at all. Please work better!
Very bad experience. There were 2 servers. One kept making drinks and other kept cleaning and did not acknowledge us. We waited for over 10 mins and they did not even take our order. When asked to take the order they were like give us time. It takes 2 mins to take 2 order. There was lack of interest and it seemed like they don’t care.
