Two separate occasions with two separate servers, got grief on "no ice" like other reviewers here. Trying to ask each other "how do we charge for this?" And "did you want a bit more coffee or just ok with a gap?" - like what's the play here? Every other Starbucks just fills it up like a hot coffee instead of nickel and dimimg, and adding friction and confusion. Better training and better attitude needed here. Bad service
Most terrible costumer service I have experienced. An employee name Amira was very rude, nasty attitude and unprofessional. A person like that should not be allowed to work on costumer service
