We placed our order at 5:14pm - 3 coffees, it was not ready until 5:40. And, there was not a line. Terrible!
I come here about once a month. Inside is very nice, the staff is horrible. They are very slow and unbothered. Drinks take about 10-20 minutes when there are not even any people inside. This guy who knows the staff comes in his filthy post game baseball uniform and talks to and distracts the entire staff, they also allow him to reach over the counter and grab things and other people's drink orders.
