Wanted to use the restroom before buying something even asked and told them but met with a strong no ...I believe It was just because of my race. Since I saw a homeless white lady using the bathroom after me messed up.

I asked them to use the restroom before I order and they told me that they do not give serviced unless I order first I didn't like that, for a fact I am giving them No Stars but unfortunately I have to give them one star. they mentioned that Starbucks change their policy. I think they refused to give me service because I look Hispanic and I think that's the reason why they decided not to give me the code for the restroom
got completely ignored. stood waiting for ten mins, three employees working paid us no attention, even to tell us they would be right with us. very rude and inconsiderate. go to a different starbucks, don’t waste your money
